An elegant and quiet apartment just a few steps from Piazza Carità, in the charming Pignasecca district, surrounded by the authentic aromas of the market and alleyways full of history. Located on the third floor with an elevator in a historic building, this refined apartment combines modern comforts with Neapolitan charm. A peaceful oasis in the vibrant heart of Naples, ideal for experiencing the city like a true local—between culture, flavor, and relaxation.
The apartment features a mezzanine with a comfortable and cozy double bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. In the living area below, there is a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing typical dishes, along with Wi-Fi internet, heating and cooling system, and every comfort for a perfect stay.
The accommodation is just a 1-minute walk from Piazza Carità, with access to Metro Line 1 and Via Toledo, the main street in the center of Naples.
The Line 1 metro stop is only four stops from the central train station, from where you can reach Pompeii, Herculaneum, Mount Vesuvius, or the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts. Just one stop away is the port, where you can catch ferries to the islands of Capri, Ischia, Procida, or other Mediterranean destinations.
From the apartment, it’s also just a 2-minute walk to the Montesanto Funicular, the Cumana railway, and Metro Line 2.
The Cumana line from Montesanto takes you to the stunning Phlegraean Fields area.
The Montesanto Funicular leads to Castel Sant’Elmo, where you can enjoy a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of Naples.
All the space is at your disposal.
Check-in is from 15.00 to 19.00.
Late arrivals incur a surcharge of:
15 euros from 8pm to 10pm
35 euros from 10pm to midnight

The kitchen is well-equipped and there will be no shortage of coffee, tea, sugar, and salt.
The Pignasecca district is one of the most vibrant and characteristic areas of Naples’ historic center, located between Via Toledo and Spaccanapoli. It is especially famous for its popular market, one of the oldest and most authentic in the city, where you can truly feel the soul of Naples.
It is a crowded, fragrant place, full of colors and the sounds of local dialects.
In the Pignasecca, you’ll find some of the best trattorias and Neapolitan street food spots.
The atmosphere is friendly, sometimes chaotic, but always welcoming.
It’s a place where tradition and everyday life coexist in perfect harmony.
The name “Pignasecca” is said to come from a dried pine tree that once stood in the area. According to legend, it was a miraculous tree, linked to popular beliefs and religious apparitions.
