The house is suitable for up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, all furnished with double beds. Here you can enjoy the peace and beautiful nature while you relax in the outdoor hot tub and let your gaze wander over the fjord. The summer house is located on a large plot of land that extends all the way down to the water's edge, approx. 500 meters from the house. There are several cozy seating areas with benches where you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the water to the west and experience the beautiful sunsets. On clear days you can also see the idyllic island of Livø on the horizon. The house has a bright bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and underfloor heating. An energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate all year round. In addition, the house is equipped with its own washing machine. Outdoors, your holiday can be enjoyed on the terrace and the lovely grounds, where garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal grill invite you to relax and have cozy barbecue evenings with family and friends. The summer house is located on the same land as the owner's residence, but is positioned so that you still have good opportunities for privacy and peace during your stay. An obvious choice for families or couples who want peaceful surroundings, nature experiences and wellness close to the Limfjord. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
