Amazing property with all the amenities of home

The house was great, clean, fully stocked with anything we needed. The pool and outdoor area was so relaxing. Matt was communicative, generous and accommodating for our early morning arrival. It’s our second time staying and we can’t wait to be back!

Great family vacation

Beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool, grill, & lounging area was SO relaxing and the home has everything you need. Easy day trips to many attractions, parks and beaches.

Lovely and gracious home and host!

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was beautiful and inviting and warm and perfect for our needs. The host was incredibly gracious and immediately responsive to any questions we had. Family Visit

We stayed at this lovely home in November. It was the perfect location for adults of all ages to come together. We have family on both coasts of FL and this location was very close to our Lake Worth folks. The house is lovely, very comfortable and quite easy for our 80+ crowd to navigate. The outdoor space was lovely and we gathered on the patio each. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Very family friendly

This property is a win for families!! We loved the pool and a park just a few houses down the street. The house was perfect for my 4 and almost 2 year old grandkids. Lots of toys and everything you need for a home away from home. Matt was awesome keeping in touch to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely recommend this home!!

Great Family Home Close to WEF

The house was spotless and is equipped for family fun! Our reservation was for 8 nights. This was our first WEF and we wanted to stay near the show. The layout is great. The location is very private and safe. The owner was extremely quick to respond when I had questions. We wish that we could have stayed longer. We hope to return next year.

Great kid-friendly rental!

We rented this property for 10 days while attending the winter equestrian festival. The property had everything we needed for our 1 year old son, including toys! Nice, quiet park with play equipment three doors down was a big bonus. Quiet neighborhood. The property owner was very friendly and accommodating, checking in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Great rental even if you don't have young kids. Highly recommend!

We will be back!

We had a great stay at this property. Our family lives in Florida and we hadn't been to visit since 2019, and now that we know we have a great option for stays - we will be planning more trips! The house was perfect for a family, with so many kid-related amenities. I was shocked to see the amount of toys (even though it's in the description) and our kids LOVED playing at the house when we needed a break from the heat or thunder storms. Matthew was very communicative, answered all our questions, and even helped with a minor issue we had. Thank you so much for providing such a warm, welcoming space for families.

Perfect Horse Show Stay!

We had a wonderful time in Matt’s home. All of the amenities were set up perfectly for our group with adults and a toddler. Our daughter LOVED all of the toys, kid friendly cutlery, pool toys and safety items like the helmet and life jacket and the pack n play. This house is fully equipped to handle families with kids and we loved that we didn’t have to overpack and figure out logistics of traveling with a toddler. Matt was extremely attentive and communicative, the best host I have ever had through rental sites. We appreciated his hospitality and look forward to staying here next time we visit Wellington. I cannot recommend this house enough!

Nice place

Nice property that may our needs. Plenty of room for all of us, and the patio is separated into a few different areas. Weather permitting, it's a great place to relax. Would have been nice to know about the sprinklers schedule. Also would have been better with soft water. The sprinklers came on and made our vehicles need to be washed again. I realize we are not the "typical" VRBO renter. We travel with 2 full size pickup trucks, so neither would fit in the garage. Aside from those minor things(which are the norm in rentals), we definitely found the house to be better than adequate.

Great Place to Stay!

This rental home worked out perfectly! The online pictures were accurate. The homeowner was thoughtful and he checked in with us to ensure all was going well. The neighborhood is quiet and the surrounding area is very pleasant with shopping nearby. We will definitely stay at this home again when visiting this area!

Our trip at this house was fantastic. We stayed for three weeks and couldn’t be happier.

We're a pretty typical midwestern couple with 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 horses. Born and raised in the midwest, we travel to Florida to escape the Chicago winters (some) and compete at the WEF horse show. We've stayed in host homes across the globe and have almost always been disappointed - so now we have a chance to impress travelers like us! The house is decked out for enjoyment, cooking, relaxing and entertaining kids and guests. Need something - let us know! We probably have it there for you to use!

Our home in Wellington provided everything that we ever needed for seasonal travel. Pool, proximity to town and beach, kid friendly, elderly friendly (for relatives) and an amazingly safe location. It's the home that you can walk into and literally know where everything is within 10 minutes - yet continue to be impressed with the thoroughness that we have put into making sure that everything is there.

The house is amazingly comfortable for everyone. The patio is probably the best feature which allows you to use the outdoors 24/7 even in the most buggy/rainy Florida days. We've installed a security fence for the kiddos as well, so you can allow them to roam, rest assured, that they'll be safe and sound.

For equestrians, you won't find a more convenient location. LITERALLY 2.8 miles from the International Ring or Polo Fields, it's far enough away from the barn, while still allowing you to run home if you happen to forget your coat or helmet!
