Inside, you’ll find a warm and welcoming space with a contemporary feel. The open-plan living area is light-filled and inviting, centred around a crackling log burner - perfect for winter getaways, post-surf chills, or curling up with a book after a coastal walk. Interiors blend playful artwork, natural textures, and calming colours, bringing the outdoors in without sacrificing comfort or style.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, featuring modern appliances, a Dulce Gusto coffee machine, quality utensils, and plenty of space to prep. Settle in for memorable dinners around the six-seater table - or, if you're feeling sociable, head to one of the many fantastic local pubs, cafés or restaurants just a short drive away.

The sleeping arrangements:
– One super king bedroom (can be set as twins on request)

– NEW Spring 2025: a brand-new ground floor master suite with king size bed & en-suite bathroom - ideal for multi-gen stays or those who prefer fewer stairs.
There are two additional bathrooms, one upstairs and the second on the ground floor, doubling as a multi-functional utility room. Each with thoughtful touches to help you feel instantly at home.
Outside, your private garden offers uninterrupted views across the fields, a bubbling hot tub, an electric BBQ & firepit for sunny days, and the kind of peace and quiet that’s hard to find.
And when you're ready to explore, the coast-to-coast trail is right on your doorstep, offering walking, running, and cycling routes through ancient woodland and all the way to the sea. There’s private off-road parking for three cars, superfast WiFi, and a large smart TV.
