Delightful two double bedroomed terraced cottage, just 10 minutes walk east of the city centre with its array of tasteful independent shops, restaurants, theatre, cathedral and mainline station. Cosy, comfortable decor and dog-friendly. (One well-behaved dog only please.) Gas CH with electric woodburner to living room, downstairs bathroom, recently updated kitchen and secluded and secure courtyard garden. Lovely quiet little road, no through traffic and all local amenities within easy reach. Free parking on the roads to the front and rear of the property. The property has been in our family for sometime and holds special memories which you will see from the many photos in the cottage. It has been lovingly redecorated whilst keeping the character and charm and I hope you will find it cosy, welcoming and a home from home. We do not live there but try to visit as often as we can. We keep some personal belongings there but this is minimal and locked away so as not to impact your stay. We live in Kent but can be contacted at any time for any information or if you have any concerns.

We love Chichester and the surrounding area - as does our trusted companion Olive the dog ! The beaches and harbour walks are our happy place, and the city's shops, restaurants and culture are also a big draw ! We hope to retire here one day, but for the meantime we feel blessed to have this little cottage for our R&R and to be able to share it with others.
