気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Upon arrivel, the unit was not immediately identifiable. There was no Alojamento (AL) marker identifiable showing that the unit that has been cleared with the municipality as a short term rental. Without the AL certificate, several required items were not in the unit. The unit was not clean as the linen had what appeared to be debris on top of the pillows and bed covering.The unit had the wrong password listed which made connecting to the wifi difficult. This required me to periodically go outside to communicate as my cell signal was weak .The walls had scribble pen marks on them and the back and front doors were very difficult to secure. We book had booked a multi day stay but ended up packing up and headed to a hotel nearby the next day. Would like to speak with someone from VRBO to discuss the unit with pictures I have collected.
