A very nice, clean and absolutely new apartment.

We had very nice holidays in Manuel Pintos apartement. We stayed there for 5 nights, two adults and two children, and loved our stay. Manuel showed us everything, the house and the facilities in town and was a very friendly host. The apartment was very new and equiped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Furniture are very stylish, and we had so much space - we loved it!

Porto stay

The property itself is lovely, well equipped and comfortable. However the description and photographs of the exterior space are completely misleading. There is no outside terrace only a table by the front door on the driveway. No mention was made of upstairs tenants who park their car by the outside table. We were informed one toilet was faulty on arrival. This was not fixed. We were also informed 24 hours before arrival that we had to sign a contract and hand over 150€ in cash as surety. The inaccuracy of the description has been mentioned in previous reviews. These problems did not ruin our stay but are misleading.

The place was adequate.

We stayed here for 27 nights and our friends joined us for 10 days. We chose this place because of the pictures and reviews. Thinking after a day of exploring coming back to a lovely patio and able to grill. This was not at all what we got. The apt was the lower level of the house with the patio (not the one in the picture)on the driveway. Also we had people above us which we were not expecting. We could occasionally hear them. Heating was included in the essentials but two days before we arrived told had to pay ourselves (wood pellets) for heater. Here are some of the issues we encountered during our stay, paper products were to be provided. We had to purchase. The wi-fi went down for 2 1/2 days and we had to hot spot to our phones. Found mold in the small bathroom and one of the bedrooms. The main bathroom toilet also kept running and unable to use for 2 weeks. We felt we were trapped there as per the contact we had to pay in advance and could not cancel without losing our money. This was our first experience using VRBO. It’s left a bad taste in our mouths.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber Manuel war ansprechbar und hat sich bei Fragen/Anliegen umgehend gekümmert. Die außen-Darstellung in der FeWo-Anzeige ist etwas irreführend, da die FeWo-Räume im Erdgeschosse sind und im Foto das 1. OG dargestellt. Die Räumlichkeiten entsprachen der sonstigen Beschreibung und Darstellung in der Anzeige. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit vor Ort

Séjour d une semaine chez Manuel

Super séjour, accueil chaleureux et convivial. Manuel nous a conseillé pour les visites. A notre arrivée la plaque vitrocéramique était en panne il a tout de suite résolu le problème. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, décoration soignée et de très bon goût. Environnement très calme et boisé. Excellent standing. A recommander. Nous reviendrons probablement.

La casa es muy bonita, tal cual en las fotos. El dueno muy amable y predispuesto. Tienes de todo si quieres cocinar. Nosotros no cocinamos porque haciamos las comidas fuera.

Un appartement conforme à l annonce, très propre et très fonctionnel avec des équipements de qualité L accueil de Mr Pinto est des plus chaleureux. Sa gentillesse et celle de sa famille sont un plus très appréciable. Il parle parfaitement le français et est de très bon conseil, tant pour les visites que pour les restaurants locaux (la casa velha). Je vous recommande cette location sans hesiter. Une location conforme à l'annonce. Située dans quartier calme, permet d'avoir un très bon pied à terre après une journée de balade. A 20 mn de Porto. Très très bien.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage für Ausflüge

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Geschoss des Hauses. Man kann sich an einen Tisch vor der Haustür hinsetzen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen reinen Strandurlaub ist die Wohnung etwas weit weg vom Meer. Wenn man auch das Land bereisen möchte, bietet sich diese Wohnung an, da man von hier aus viele Ziele gut erreichen kann. Ein Auto muss man zur Verfügung haben, wenn man diese Wohnung mieten möchte.
