The house features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one en suite) and a bright living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning with heating and cooling, ensuring maximum comfort all year round.



At the front, a charming terrace invites you to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink during warm summer nights. Its excellent location allows easy access to the beach, restaurants and leisure areas without the need for a car.

All bookings include free water consumption and 10 tokens for the air conditioning use (each token equals 1 hour of use). Extra tokens: €1.50 each. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night (10% VAT included). Children under 16 are exempt.



Bed linen, a set of bath towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Upon arrival, a 150€ cash deposit must be left as a security deposit.
