Welcome to your modern and peaceful home in Colindale! This stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor flat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your London visit.
The space is designed for a relaxing stay, featuring:

Step directly into your secure, private apartment.
🛋 Living Area:
A bright, airy lounge with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. The sofa converts to a bed for one additional guest, though it is best suited for individuals of average height or shorter.
🍽Fully Equipped Kitchen:
A separate kitchen with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer, plus all the cookware and utensils needed for self-catering.
🛏 Master Bedroom:
Features a comfortable double bed, a large mirrored wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.
🛏 Second Bedroom:
Contains two single beds, a wardrobe, and its own ensuite bathroom, complete with a full-size bathtub and shower.
🚗 Parking
The flat includes a designated paid parking space, providing easy and secure access in a gated parking garage
Paid parking is available - guests must request this at least 48 hours before check-in

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:
We will do our best to accommodate requests, subject to availability. An additional fee applies for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out. To guarantee access outside of standard times, we recommend booking the preceding or following night.
Unauthorised Stays:
Please be aware that any early arrival or late departure that has not been agreed upon in advance will be charged at the rate of an additional night's stay.
Infant Amenities:
A travel cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a fee. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice. For safety, the travel cot is supplied with its standard thin base mattress; we do not provide additional padding or baby bedding, in line with Lullaby Trust guidance.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
