With two bathrooms, a spacious reception, and green views throughout, it makes a refined base for extended stays or short visits to NW3.
Ground Floor (Single Level)

• A large and inviting lounge with tall ceilings, bay windows overlooking Fitzjohn’s Avenue, soft neutral furnishings, a feature fireplace, bookshelves, and a dedicated dining area.
Kitchen
• A separate, well-equipped kitchen with gas hobs, oven, washing machine, ample storage, tiled splashback, and leafy outlooks from the window.
Master Bedroom
• A peaceful double bedroom with fitted storage, shuttered bay windows, soft lighting, and access to an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 / Flexible Sleeping Area
• A secondary space set up with a sofa bed, ideal for occasional guests or flexible sleeping arrangements.
