Finished to a high standard both inside and out, Villa La Soleil is a stylish 2 bedroom property offering everything you’ll need to relax and enjoy the Greek sunshine. You’ll have your own private pool set in a lawned garden, plus 2 outdoor seating areas for alfresco meals. Conveniently located in the charming village of Svoronata, there are a handful of restaurants and mini markets plus 2 sandy beaches within walking distance of your villa. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.
Villa La Soliel is ideally located just a 5 minute drive from the airport, in the small village of Svoronata. Here you’ll find a selection of tavernas and mini markets within a 20 minute walk. The beautiful sandy beaches of Ammes and Ai Helis are also 20 minutes’ walk or a 5 minute drive away. The livelier resort of Lassi is just a 15 minute drive away, home to the popular beaches of Makris Gialos and Platis Gialos. There is also a frequent bus route from the main road stopping at Svoronata village, Lassi, the capital town of Argostoli and the airport, allowing you to explore the surrounding area with ease.
Main pool: 5 x 3 mtr, 0.9 - 1.8 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Greek Climate Resilience Tax - €8.00 per villa per night. Payable during check-in.
