Welcome to this charming architect-designed holiday home, beautifully situated on a hilltop with a lovely glimpse of the sea and nature right outside your door. The house is privately located at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by forest and rocks where elk and deer sometimes pass by.

You’ll stay comfortably with 4 beds (plus one small child under 3 years) divided into two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed.



The bright kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, fan and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with large windows overlooking the garden. The bathroom is fresh with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.

On the spacious terrace, partly covered, you can enjoy peaceful breakfasts, sunny afternoons and barbecues with views of greenery and the sea.



The house offers Wi-Fi, TV, parking right next to the house and a charcoal grill. Here you stay close to nature with easy access to the sea, cafés and local activities – perfect for families or couples looking for relaxation and a true west coast experience.



Things to do in Stenungsund and the surrounding area:



From the house, you reach the sea in about 1 km and the bathing spot Norums Holme in 1.7 km – a natural beach with cliffs, jetty and shallow water. Just 700 metres away is a picturesque country café serving homemade pastries and featuring a small vintage shop.



Within cycling distance (2 km) you’ll find Stora Höga with grocery stores, restaurants and cafés. For a larger selection, Stenungsund is only 5 km away – offering shopping, restaurants, a swimming hall, cinema and cultural centre. Here, seaside charm meets urban convenience – enjoy an ice cream by the marina or a stroll along the harbour.



For nature lovers, the Svartedalen Nature Reserve is a must, with hiking trails, barbecue areas and shelters. Golfers can enjoy Stenungsund Golf Club just a short drive away. Within an hour, you can also reach Gothenburg, Hafsten Adventure Park and the wildlife park Nordens Ark.



Good to know about this accommodation:



• A deposit of 2,000 SEK will be reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after check-out, provided the house is left in good condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.

• Final cleaning is not included – guests clean the house themselves, cleaning materials are available.

• Electricity is included in the rent, charging of electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
