Holetown is close by, offering supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, while Mango Court provides a quieter residential setting to return to at the end of the day.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and features an ensuite bathroom and a large private verandah — a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy the Caribbean breeze.

The second bedroom is also located upstairs and has access to the main bathroom.
🛏️ Third Bedroom
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor. Guests staying in this bedroom use the bathroom facilities located upstairs.
🛋️ Lounge & Dining Area
The open-plan lounge and dining areas provide a spacious area to relax and spend time together. Ceiling fans encourage the natural breeze to circulate throughout the space.
🍳 Kitchen
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has sleek countertops and quality appliances, with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay — from breakfast to relaxed dinners at home.
🌿 Verandah & Outdoor Areas
The large verandah provides a wonderful outdoor space to sit back, relax and enjoy the surrounding tropical setting and gentle Caribbean breeze.
❄️ Air Conditioning & Fans
All three bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Ceiling fans are also provided throughout the lounge, dining area and kitchen. Please note that these open-air living areas do not have air conditioning.

The third bedroom also has a floor fan for additional airflow.

🪟 Shutters & Security
Bermuda shutters are used in place of conventional windows throughout the home, allowing the natural breeze and Caribbean light to flow through the living spaces.
Hurricane roller shutters are also installed.

📖 Welcome Book
A Welcome Book is provided at the property with useful information about the home, nearby beaches, shopping, restaurants and other areas of interest.
🔑 Guest Access
The property is accessed via a secure keybox. Full arrival instructions will be sent to the lead guest 7 days before arrival.
👥 Guest Policy
Only the number of guests included on the booking are permitted to stay at the property. The confirmed number of guests is the maximum permitted.
🧺 Laundry
The laundry area is located at the rear of the property in a separate housing unit and has a washing machine and dryer.
Please keep the laundry door closed at all times.

"We had a truly beautiful stay at this villa in St. James. The setting is incredibly peaceful and tranquil, with a stunning pool and easy walking access to the beach. There are 4 villas on the entire property, yet it remains quiet, private, and serene throughout. It is also very secure.

The villa itself is fresh, spacious, and immaculately maintained inside and outside.

The property managers were exceptionally professional, attentive, and helpful, which made the entire stay effortless and relaxing. We really felt at home here.

The location is excellent—secure, clean, and very well positioned, with supermarkets and petrol stations just minutes away. The surrounding road is lined with beautiful villas, and the area feels both exclusive and welcoming.

Overall, a stunning location with a peaceful atmosphere and everything you need close by. We would happily stay here again.

There happened to be construction work going on at a property close by but even that didn’t put us off our stay; we are on a beautiful island; soaking up the sun, enjoying being together as a family, with plenty to see and do, this didn’t bother us at all. It cannot be helped that other properties need work done to them and we enjoyed being out during the times they worked and if we were in we were having fun in the pool and not paying it any mind.
