The ground floor bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the first floor bedroom features a king size bed. Both bedrooms include spacious Chester drawers, hanging rails and fans to keep you cool during warmer months. The first floor bedroom also has a smart TV for relaxing evenings in.

The kitchen has been completed to a high standard, equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making meal prep a pleasure. The living area offers a warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the smart TV.

Parking is included, though due to local restrictions, it is not directly in front of the property. We can electronically register your car in any York council car park, with the closest just a 5 minute walk away.
