We had quite a few issues with this rental.1. Unfortunately the pictures of the rental are inaccurate - while the layout is correct, the furniture is not as pictured. 2. The WiFi did not work and the hosts responded initially but then didn’t follow up with a solution. 3. We visited during a particularly warm stretch in early April. It was noted in the listing that AC units are not installed until May, however, there were no fans or even screens in the windows. We slept with all windows open, allowing bugs in. 4. While the bedding seemed clean, the rest of the house was not as clean… moldy caulking surrounding the shower, clogged sink (with hair coming up), hair, boogers, and dead bugs on the walls, random tape on the wall, broken blinds, etc. For the aforementioned reasons, we did not sleep well at all the first night, and requested a cancellation from the hosts for the remainder of the trip. Again, the hosts responded initially, but it then took several inquiries from me to get an eventual response with a denial of refund. One lesson learned - if you have an issue with a rental - contact VRBO immediately (instead of property owner) so that they can assist you.
