I chose the Cedar Park neighborhood because of its incredible energy, historic architecture, and excellent walkability. It’s one of the greenest parts of West Philly, filled with local coffee shops, diverse restaurants, and easy trolley access on Baltimore Avenue. It feels like a quiet escape while still being minutes from University City, UPenn, and CHOP.
