The little flat was perfect for one person & it was very conveniently located to almost everything I had scheduled. Very close to Le Grand Rex movie theatre & pretty close to Palais Garnier, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, l'Arc de Triomphe, and les Champs-Elysses! (I love walking so a mile or two one way didn't bother me.) Also, check out Le Boulangerie de Sentier, Bonecrusher Donuts, PanPan Detroit Style Pizza, and Pizzeria Populare, all within very close walking distance! The complimentary bottle of wine and olive oil at check-in made me feel special! Just note that there are no elevators & also, the gate locks at 7 or 8pm, so remember where you're staying and what gate to enter into or else you'll end up lost and walking around the block repeatedly for an hour like I did! LOL
