Perfect location, quiet street, close to metro and several restaurants & shopping within just a few blocks. Air conditioning saved us from hot summer days.Host was very communicative and check in and out instructions were very clear.Would stay here again!

Best neighborhood in Paris

My sister and I in our 70’s stayed 12 nights in this fabulous apartment! So enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony and dining many times on Rus Montorguiel! We even survived the loudest night in Paris per year —Fete de Musique—thanks to the practically soundproof balcony doors!

My wife, my sixteen year-old daughter and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The place is very comfortable and it had everything we needed for our week long visit. The AC was a bonus in the summer heat, and the sofa bed worked well for my daughter (no complaints). The best part about this place is the location. Easy walks to Notre-Dame, the Louvre, dozens of restaurants, the Metro, groceries, stores, etc. and we felt the neighborhood was safe. For anyone who likes to workout, there is a gym in the building next door which is handy and you can even see the Eiffel Tower in the distance from a window at the top of the stairwell. Communication with the owner was easy and we had no difficulties. Merci!

Paris rental

Small one bedroom apartment. Nice kitchen, well equipped. Tile bathroom, shower stall. Mattress was not too comfortable, but adequate. Location was perfect for sightseeing. Good security.

Anniversary Trip

Our stay was amazing! The apartment had everything we needed and was just as described. Check in and out was super easy and the host even left us a bottle of wine when we checked in. The location was great as well, just a 5 minute walk to the public transport. Several places to dine and shop. I will definitely go back!

Wonderful stay!

My sister and I stayed here and couldn’t have been happier with the apartment, the neighborhood, and the proximity to attractions and metro stations. Yves was prompt with responding to my messages both pre-stay and during our stay. We will keep this gem in our back pocket when planning future trips to Paris!

My first impression of the apartment was that it was “dingy” not dirty just dark with all drab colors. There was no decor in the apartment that said “Welcome to Paris”. The small kitchen was over cluttered with no counter space. Two coffee makers a tea kettle were taking up the most space.

Excellent!

We had to contact the owner to answer a few questions. He was easy to reach. Apartment was terrific! Great neighborhood! Lively around all corners, but quiet on our street. Close to metro. Easy walking around. Clean. One thing: we couldn’t find the washer…it’s hidden behind a kitchen cupboard door! It worked great once we figured out where it was! We were very happy, and would stay there again!

A very pleasant stay

The apartment is well sized, the location is amazing. Very close to the metro which we used every day during our stay. The appliances are small, but that is to be expected for a small three room apartment. Check in was easy once we realized it was one door down from the car park. The location is insane and right in the beating heart of Paris. And there are plenty of amenities to make the stay feel better than a hotel. The nespresso was great, and being able to save left overs and buy some small grocery items let us experience products we never would have at home.

Great location

Close to cafes, bistros and the local boulangeries. Walking distance to centre of Paris. Loved sitting on the balcony, soaking in the local ambiance.

Great place in a great city

Wonderful apartment in the 2nd of Paris. It is completely as advertised and previously positively reviewed, but better. We walked easily to all major sites, and could have easily used the Metro. For time critical reservations at some distance, we used Uber easily.

Very nice property

Very convenient and pleasant appartment in the centre of Paris, in a quiet part of a very lively neighbourhood, with easy access to all the major areas of the city. Very helpful and pleasant property manager.

Fantastic location

What a wonderful apartment located in a terrific neighbourhood. Easy access to everything with lots of restaurant and transportation options nearby. There is a party atmosphere in the area but it is quite quiet after 11:00 pm so you can still get a good sleep! We will definitely return and recommend this property!
