Check in was easy, the key pick up instructions were accurate and all communication is via app. The unit is on a higher floor, great view and location but the train can still be heard from below. There are also no pool towels, we did not use the pool. All appliances worked well. As stated it is in a great location very near the museums, an easy walk across the bridge to CBD, near transportation if you choose that and two city size grocery stores are nearby.

A great apartment just as described . Well stocked except only 2 tea bags . Pool area was a great bonus in a city location .

Great place in great area

The check-in process was easy. The Ezy-mart was a 15 min walk away, but was close to the southbank railway station. The property itself was compact and clean, with a fabulous view over Brisbane.A great place to stay if you want to check out Southbank cultural precinct. Also an easy walk to the centre of town and great access to river walks.

Total scam, avoid if you don't want your holiday completely ruined. I had a horrendous experience where the code for the key collection was not working, and the host (confusingly managed by two different offshore companies) refused to help. First I tried getting help from their online chat, and they stopped responding. Then I asked Vrbo to help, and three times the host hung up on us. I was never able to get access to the property and was left stranded with my family and luggage late at night. This host and property needs to be banned!
