Internet: 541 Mbps down / 526 Mbps up on Ookla speedtest.netVery fast ("half gigabit symmetric"): more than enough for multiple people videoconferencing and streamingKitchen: Oven and range with range hood, full size dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 800W microwave, sink, toaster, Nespressor krups coffee machine, kettle. Full size dishwasher. No spices or condiments; just salt and pepper.Water Heater: 80 LitersThe shower gets good and hot. The size is standard for a Malaga one-bedroom, but small by North American standardsEnough for two people to take hot showers, but running out of hot water by the end.There is a washing machine but no dryer, but there's a drying rack in the closet. There is also a conventional iron with steam settings and an ironing board The blackout curtains are European style external slide-down blackout shutter curtains. They are amazing. They are easy and fast to use and it gets fully dark. The Juliette balcony window doors (the only windows) that have the shutters are European style and so also on do both tilt-open and swing-open.There is a mini split air conditioner with two heads: one in the main area and one in the bedroom. The two heads can be controlled independently, but there is no door on the bedroom for fire code reasons so it's all one space. The air conditioner is more than powerful enough to cool the place quickly and keep it cool on even the hottest of days (we had a 35C day).Amazing location:Close to evertyhing but not nois
