The property features bright, modern, and cosy furnishings throughout, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads into a versatile room equipped with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, a kitchen corner, and a shower/WC, offering a self-contained and functional living space.

On the upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, you will find a spacious living and dining room. A well-equipped open kitchen is also located on this level, featuring a gas stove with 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This floor also includes 1 room with 1 bed measuring 180 cm in length and 90 cm in width, complemented by 1 pull-out bed, as well as a shower/WC. A direct exit leads to one of the 2 terraces, each measuring 10 m2, both furnished with terrace furniture and offering a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, and the city.
