My apartment is located on the ground floor, it is ideally located between the Sacré Cœur and the Grévin Museum. Close to Gare du Nord and the train station, the location is ideal for those taking the Eurostar or Thalys. Very lively district of Montmartre and rue des Martyrs. Ideally located in the 9th arrondissement, 5 minutes from the Department Stores (Galeries Lafayette) and Place de l'Opera.

The apartment was as pictured—convenient location and easy instructions and communication. Bus line, pharmacy, and cafes are steps away. Metro is within walking distance.

The kitchen was woefully under equipped, (no breadboard or cutting knife or breadknife), there wasn’t even 6 sets of matching cutlery. There were mold issues in the first bedroom and downstairs in the second bedroom. 3rd bed was in the living room, which was noisy and bright, with no way to shut out the street light at night. Also, our attempts to contact the owner before our arrival went without any response. However the property managers were very helpful and responsive.

This was an ok stay, wouldn't repeat. The location was good for walking to restaurants. The apartment was much smaller and cramped than the pictures look. There were many stains on the couch, and while the bathroom was clean many things hadn't been wiped or swept. The whole apartment was quite damp, which was worst in the basement bedroom. The mattresses were poor quality, very hard, so overall the stay was uncomfortable. The bedsheets were wet around the edge when we arrived. The bathroom finishes are new, but its tiny. It's made worse there there is no place to hang a towel, or set any toiletry items. Water gets everywhere because there isn't a shower door, then you have wet towels and no where to put them. I paid for an early check in, which didn't end of being available, and I had to ask to have the money returned. It was returned, but not until I requested it.

I will start with the positive, there were basic amenities provided such as body wash, hand soap and towels. There was a lot of closet space upstairs and included a small fridge and microwave. The bad: the pictures on the website is quite different than the real life. The bathroom has no tissue holder. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and grime on the bottom. The upstairs bedroom was a good size, and the bed was quite comfy. Downstairs is another whole issue. The “ceiling” which has rocks would constantly have debris fall on you through the night. When you left for the day and come back you’ll find dust and rocks from “ceiling” all over your bed. There is a loud noise, which I can assume might be an air system of sort because it’s a basement is on 24/7. It’s a loud humming noise which can’t be turned off. The basement has stair cases which was very small and twisted. No way you can bring any suitcases down unless it was a carry on. We left everything on the main floor. The living room was enough for the 4 of us. The dining room chairs are on its last leg out. We can tell the floors were never cleaned properly so do bring sandals or walk with shoes. Lastly the main door has holes in the “frosty wallpaper”, and this is a ground floor unit. You can clearly see inside of the home. Overall, would give a 2.5/5. If you are ok without needing the second bedroom downstairs it’ll be better. The basement really should not be considered a bedroom as it’s not adequate sleeping space. In a pinch this will do if the price is good.

Ich habe auch den separaten Arbeitsbereich sehr geschätzt, der es mir ermöglichte, problemlos meine E-Mails zu bearbeiten. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl für jeden, der Paris besucht.

Die Lage des Apartments ist prima, man ist schnell zu Fuß auf dem Montmartre und an der Oper. Zur nächsten Metrostation sind es ca. 400 m. Obwohl die Straße, an der das Apartment liegt, relativ stark befahren ist, kann man ruhig schlafen, sofern einen die Geräusche der Klimaanlage im Zimmer unten nicht stören. Zufrieden waren wir mit dieser Klimaanlage/Heizung nicht. Es gibt keinerlei Anweisung/Beschreibung, wie sie zu bedienen ist, zusätzlich ist der digitale Regler in spanischer Sprache. Wir konnten in etwa die Temperatur im Aufenthaltsraum regulieren, aber die Heizung im oberen Schlafzimmer wurde nachts total heiß, dafür war die Heizung im Bad immer kalt. Eine Bedienungsanleitung ist DRINGEND NOTWENDIG. Ebenso fehlt auch eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher bzw. eine Liste mit Kanalnummer für die zu empfangenden Programme. Alle Räume waren optisch ansprechend gestaltet (bis auf die Pflaster an der Eingangstür!), es gab bei der Ankunft mehrere Flaschen Wasser, Kapseln für die Espressomaschine, genügend Handtücher und reichlich Duschgel, Seife. Im Badezimmer wären jedoch ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher nötig. Auch in der Küchenecke wären sie von Vorteil. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Tellern, Kochgeschirr etc war gut, nur fehlte ein Pfannenschieber.

Ich habe vor Kurzem in diesem charmanten Erdgeschossapartment übernachtet und die gemütliche Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Die offene Küche war perfekt für die Zubereitung des Frühstücks, und dank Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ließen sich Snacks problemlos aufbewahren. Außerdem war die Lage zwischen Sacré-Cœur und dem Musée Grévin fantastisch für Sightseeing.
