Quietly situated on the 1st floor of a historic 3-storey building, the property overlooks the alleys of Sanremo’s old town and makes an excellent choice for couples or friends keen to explore the city.

The journey to reach the apartment includes an uphill stretch with several steps for about 300 m, and a flight of steep stairs leading to the apartment’s front door.

Inside the apartment features a compact, open-plan living space that incorporates a well-equipped kitchen and is furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table and a Smart flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fitted with a coffee machine, an induction hob, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

The property is situated within the vibrant coastal city of Sanremo, conveniently near the centre of the town in La Pigna di Sanremo. Visitors will find many of this historic city\'s landmarks close by, including Museo Civico di Sanremo (a 5-minute walk) and the famous Sanremo Casino (a 10-minute walk), Porticato Della Pigna (a 5-minute walk), Anfiteatro San Costanzo (a 2-minute walk), and Fontana Artistica Monumentale dei Giardini Regina Elena (a 6-minute walk).

Sun worshippers will also not be disappointed, as the city is known for its beautiful beaches; the nearest, Beach Italo Calvino, is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
