It enjoys a peaceful location on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, and is ideal for couples and small families, as well as two furry friends.
High, beamed ceilings, oak flooring and a fresh, modern-country look make this holiday getaway truly appealing. This property's eco credentials include air source heat pump central heating and solar power hot water, supporting a lower carbon footprint holiday. The open-plan living space features a kitchen from renowned furniture makers Neptune, with integrated appliances (including a dishwasher) and a circular dining table where you can linger over a delicious meal while you discuss the day’s events. Stroll over to the lounge area after supper and relax on the comfortable sofas, pick up a book from the shelves, light the wood burner if you’re chilly and enjoy a show on the Smart TV. On this level you’ll find the pretty king-size bedroom (twin on request) with ample storage space, and a separate bathroom. Five steps up lead to the second bedroom, another king-size/twin, with a large en-suite shower room. When you’re looking for fresh air or an al fresco meal, the private patio garden is a delight. Like the cottage, it has spectacular views over farmland, where cattle often graze, and across the Ribble Valley.
