With peaceful, tree-lined streets and an elegant Edwardian atmosphere, Woodhall Spa (7 miles) is another must-see; also, the North Sea Observatory is the only purpose-built marine observatory in the UK, or Skegness (22 miles) for traditional seaside fun.
