This appealing property is fresh, bright and welcoming. After pulling up outside (there are two parking spaces on a shared driveway), enter the open-plan living space. With a large sofa at one end, it also includes a dining table and, at the opposite end, a kitchen with all mod cons. You can easily prepare hearty meals in this space, with a dishwasher to make cleaning up easy. There’s a ground-floor shower room, too, which is also home to a washing machine. When it’s time for bed, you’ll find two pretty bedrooms on the ground floor: a double with an en-suite WC and a single. Upstairs, the double bedroom features sloping ceilings, an intriguing window and cupboards built into the eaves, and benefits from an en-suite bathroom. The lovely terrace at the front leads off the dining area via glazed doors, and includes furniture for both dining and relaxing as you enjoy the rural vistas. At the back, there’s a large, enclosed lawn with loungers, plus a patio with more furniture. Completing the picture is a shared playing field, BBQ and firepit.

Located in the hamlet of Lovestone, the cottage is just 6 miles from Saundersfoot and 7.5 miles from Tenby – two fabulous seaside resorts filled with great places to shop, eat and drink and with glorious beaches where you can swim, build sandcastles or try some water sports. The family attractions of Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo and Oakwood Them Park are both within 4.5 miles.
