Tucked away in Lincolnshire's finest countryside, yet just a stone's throw from the bustling town of Woodhall Spa, lies Abbey Grange. Lovingly renovated Abbey Grange exudes grandeur while still retaining a cosy atmosphere, making it the perfect place for a retreat, family holiday or work-cation. Our lavish and unique farmhouse can sleep up 12 adults, plus an additional 2 children. We have 5 super king bedrooms each laced with luxury and complimented by the spacious dining and living rooms.

In the extensive grounds we have our unique, funky Outdoor Hot baths and Shower in our sunken garden folly!! - Indulge in the daytime suntrap or enjoy the romantic fairy lights of night time whilst having a relaxing soak and sipping on a glass of bubbly!! Also within the secluded property is an expanse of tranquil scenery and we are fortunate to have plenty of outdoor spaces where you can unwind from the busy bustle of everyday life. The Rose Gate Garden offers serenity while the Orchard is a lovely place to spend some quality time. Under the pergola you'll find our barbecue and outdoor dining facilities for you to enjoy eating alfresco style!

Oozing with charm and luxury the ground floor comprises of spacious living and dining rooms, a cosy snug (with a double sofa bed), a porch and the first super king bedroom. As well as a traditional farmhouse kitchen hosting an AGA – with connected utility and laundry rooms. Both the living and dining rooms seat over 14 people, so your party never need be split up!

Upstairs there are an additional 4 super king bedrooms (totalling 5), 2 of which can be separated into twin beds, to best suit your party's needs. Two of our bedrooms have luxurious en-suites, while the other three all have their own bathrooms.

In a farmhouse as big as this you can all enjoy spending time together, yet there's enough room that you'll always find somewhere to go if you fancy a quiet hour or two.
