The Space:

Step out onto your private lanai on the 22nd floor and take in sweeping ocean and mountain views stretching across the Waikiki skyline. This west-facing studio at the Pacific Monarch puts you just 700 feet from the shore, with Duke's Statue a short block away and the restaurants, boutiques, and energy of Waikiki all within easy walking distance. Whether you're here for the beach, the food scene or simply the view, this location delivers.



The studio

- The open-plan studio is designed for ease and comfort, with everything you need within reach.

- Sleeps up to 3 guests

- Queen-size bed plus a pull-out sleeper sofa (best suited for children or occasional use; may not offer the same comfort as a regular bed for adults)

- 32" flat-screen TV with cable

- Dining table with 4 chairs

- Dresser, nightstands, and closet for clothing storage

- Room-darkening shades for a restful night

- Window AC unit and ceiling fan to keep things cool

- Step-out lanai with ocean and city views



Kitchen & dining

- The kitchenette is well-stocked for preparing your own meals and snacks.

- Mini fridge and freezer

- 2-burner stovetop and microwave

- Drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice maker, and hot water kettle

- Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, baking sheet, and cooking utensils

- Cooking basics including oil, salt, and pepper

Our guests have full exclusive access to the condo and all the amenities of the building.



The Neighborhood:

The Pacific Monarch is located in the world-famous Waikiki, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping centers.



Getting Around:

There is a very good bus system on the island, all buses stop in Waikiki.



There is paid parking on the premises for guests who have a car.



Other Things to Note:

Please respect the house rules and enjoy your stay in Waikiki!



***Important Note – Elevator Modernization at Pacific Monarch



Starting July 14, 2025, Pacific Monarch will begin an elevator upgrade project (estimated to be completed by July 2026). One elevator will be out of service at a time, with 2 elevators remaining in operation.
