Nestled within a peaceful residential area near Sirena Beach and Kalamies Beach, Villa Melinda offers a relaxing escape with all the comforts of home. This three bedroom villa combines privacy, comfort, and convenience, giving you a serene setting close to the coast.

The master bedroom includes an en suite and a king size bed. The second bedroom also features a king size bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. Each space is decorated to create a calm atmosphere where you can unwind after a day out.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for easy self catering, including a dishwasher and coffee maker. The living area provides fibre speed internet at 200mbps and international TV channels, so you can stay connected and entertained throughout your stay.

Step outside to your private pool area surrounded by mature greenery. Six sun loungers offer plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the sun in complete privacy. A quiet sitting area framed by lemon trees adds a touch of local charm. You can even pick fresh lemons during the season.
