CBS and Paramount Studios are also close by, and Universal Studios can be reached in less than 15 minutes - perfect for families. When you’re ready to escape the thrum of the city, the Runyon Canyon Trails will take you deep into the Hollywood Hills, offering breathtaking vistas across to the Santa Monica Mountains. If the ocean is calling, cruise south to Santa Monica for breezy strolls along its soft sandy beach and hours of light-hearted fun at the iconic pier. - This home is a much loved older historic home and may show some signs of wear and tear. There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom, so we will provide a hanging rail for storage. The home is located on the corner of the street, so some slight traffic noise may be heard occasionally from inside the home and in the backyard, mostly during the day time. There is one parking space in the home's detached garage. There is also one parking space in the home's driveway directly behind the garage and permitted street parking available in front of the home. You will be provided two street parking permits for your stay. There are external security cameras at the home, which look out onto the front door and front yard areas.
