Welcome to our cosy home by the river in Battersea, a calm and friendly spot in southwest London that feels like a real neighbourhood rather than a tourist area.

The flat sits within a well kept council estate and has the rare bonus of outdoor space. At the front you will find a tidy little yard, and at the back a peaceful garden that is perfect for relaxing on warm summer days with a coffee, a book or a glass of wine.

Inside, the living room is bright and comfortable, with two inviting sofas where you can truly unwind. There is a smart TV, high speed WiFi and plenty of space to relax after a day out exploring the city. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped, ideal whether you are cooking a full meal or just preparing breakfast.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a calm, homely feel that makes it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a full size shower.

The location is one of the highlights. Battersea Park is just a short walk away and perfect for riverside walks or morning runs. Clapham is close by, offering great cafés, pubs and shops. There are excellent bus connections nearby that will take you straight into central London, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer.

This flat is ideal for guests who want a relaxed London stay with good transport links and a genuine local atmosphere.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
