Peacefully tucked away from a bustling high street with views towards the River Avon, this terrace cottage finished with a contemporary design offers a luxurious base for couples or small families. The vibrant market town of Pershore is renowned for its elegant Georgian architecture and magnificent abbey, and is home to a traditional market, an arts centre and many independent shops, bars, and restaurants. This central location allows you to explore Worcestershire and the North Cotswolds at ease - on foot you can take on the great Malvern Hills (16 miles), Bredon Hill (5 miles) and Broadway Tower (15 miles) or cycle a network of surrounding trails. Evesham Vale (8 miles) has plenty to offer with farmers markets and produce events that include the Asparagus and Plum festivals. The Cotswolds, with its wealth of pretty villages to explore, along with the Warwickshire town of Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare, are both within 20 miles.


Access the cottage via the bustling Pershore High Street. The peaceful terrace is set to the rear of a hotel with views towards the flowing River Avon, while also enjoying an elevated position with a rear aspect. The main entrance leads through to the social heart of the home, the open-plan living space, finished with vibrant colours and a contemporary style. Unwind in the lounge area, where a generously sized L-shaped sofa, a wall-mounted Smart TV and a gas-fired wood burner beckon relaxation. The well-equipped, compact kitchen stands ready for culinary adventures, as does the charming breakfast bar where you’ll gather to enjoy the chef’s work and plan the next adventure. When day turns to night, head upstairs to find two sumptuous bedrooms - a master super-king-size room with a Juliette balcony, and a comfortable twin room with a Smart TV. Completing the interior and serving the bedrooms is a well-appointed, walk-in shower room.
