This was a great location for a family wedding weekend in Old Town Fort Collins! Our 3 generations had the right amount of space for 6 adults and 2 children. Loved the convenience, the walkability, the vibe.

The house is amazing! The use of the hot tub was really nice. The location is excellent if you’re wanting to visit downtown, and feel the vibes with all the sights.

A nice place to stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. It had everything we needed to cook when we wanted, to hang out when we wanted and was still close enough to downtown to be a quick car ride to everywhere we wanted to go. We only had two cars, so street parking was okay.

Perfect For Our Group

Convenient location for us to easily get to Fort Collins and Loveland, with a nice open living space for the group to reconvene after our days out and about. Host was very responsive when contacted regarding a few items we needed to have addressed.

Great time!

We had a great time here. It was our second stay here and it was just as good as our first stay. Place is clean and spacious and has all the amenities you would need. Definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful house for our large family to celebrate Christmas! Old Town North is very accessible to Old town where there are so many options of dining, shopping and activities. The house was stocked with essentials like trash bags, laundry detergent and a well stocked kitchen as far as cookware. I'd stay again!

Wonderful weekend

We loved our stay here. Easy walk to town along Poudre River. Great views from roof. House was very clean. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Our place is close to everything Fort Collins! New Belgium brewery is a short walk away - so close you'll smell fresh hops in the morning! Downtown Fort Collins, where all the best restaurants, bars and shopping are, is also within walking distance! You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the rooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and because it renewable energy powered and carbon neutral. This is Fort Collins' premiere vacation rental!

This home is built with no detail spared. It's our personal home and we built it with all the bells and whistles! Tile, hardwood, wood and steel are everywhere. The master shower is enormous and has 2 showerheads, the rooftop patio has views of Longs Peak and first floor layout is perfect for spending time together as a family.
