Great place, great location

House is very nice, clean and close to everything. Worked out great for our family with a toddler and 3 year old. Host is on top of everything.

Perfect stay

Our final Ft. Collins stay as we watched our son graduate from CSU. The home was amazing and comfortable. They thought of everything. We were close to all of the events we needed to attend and Erik was super responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, clean place, great host

We had a great time staying at this property! My husband, three kids (4y, 2y, 5-mo), parents-in-law, and brother-in-law and his wife all for nicely with room to spare! It was clean and easy to feel at home. The neighborhood felt safe and we had a great time in Ft. Collins when we weren't busy with wedding events for my nephew. I did expect there to be more things in the house for our kids to play with, but that was just an assumption based on a picture that had a toy kitchen and a few other things in the background. We ended up getting a few things and the kids had a blast with their family so it turned out great for us. And literally everything else was above and beyond our expectations! The host was very resonator and friendly. He was even flexible with a couple of things that came up last minute. Would definitely recommend staying here! You'll have a wonderful experience!

Loved our stay

The house is beautiful and the hosts are wonderful. Erik was great with communication, we were welcomed with delicious cookies from a local bakery, and checking in and out was a breeze.

Week Long Stay in Fort Collins

Beautiful and clean home. Located just minutes from downtown Ft Collins and walking distance to New Belgium brewery, which we took advantage of during our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out, relax, and cook together. Eric was a great host checking in on us and communicated on check out time.

Clean and Quiet

The house was great. There is not anything negative we felt about the property. Close to great restaurants, good amenities, and shopping. Would definitely would stay here again.

Will Re-Book in Future!

The house was super cute; it was close to Old Town, the Poudre Trail, and only a few minutes from CSU. Big Wins! We liked the hot tub and overall the house in general. I have two minor issues - there was not a blow dryer and with a house full of ladies, that was challenging - I have never been to a VRBO rental that did not have one. :( Also, I booked through VRBO - yet the property manager was communicating through Lodgify which I do not have an account to and that caused confusion and some frustration with lack of timely responses on the VRBO app (see blow dryer issue above). I would stay here again - all in all - these issues where minimal, The house, location, and neighborhood were all wonderful.

Xmas Fort Collins Getaway

I leased this property for my family to get together for a Christmas getaway. The property was better than advertised. We had plenty of space to have everyone together or have some downtime on our own. The New Belgium Brewing brewery is conveniently right around the corner and Old Town For Collins is very walkable. I highly recommend this property.

Friends trip

This property was modern with plenty of space. There were 4 couples, so the 4 king beds were perfect. And one group traveled with a 2yo which was wonderful that the master bedroom had an extra space for her. Overall we enjoyed the location and walked to a brewery and enjoyed the area!

Nice Place but Minimal

The overall place is nice but minimal. It has everything you need but just needs to be refreshed. The pots and pans are tired and the walls are very scuffed. The keypad to the front door did not work and the towel bar in the 2nd floor bathroom was broke off the wall. One of the mattresses on the 2nd floor was very tired as well. It would be very nice to have paper towels, kleenex and bar soap as well. I have rented other properties in Foco that were much more well stocked.

Awesome home!

We were in town with friends and the house was great! It is close to lots of restaurants, shops and the beautiful downtown area of Fort Collins. Hosts were great and we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.
