Loved our stay

The house is beautiful and the hosts are wonderful. Erik was great with communication, we were welcomed with delicious cookies from a local bakery, and checking in and out was a breeze.

Perfect stay

Our final Ft. Collins stay as we watched our son graduate from CSU. The home was amazing and comfortable. They thought of everything. We were close to all of the events we needed to attend and Erik was super responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Awesome home!

We were in town with friends and the house was great! It is close to lots of restaurants, shops and the beautiful downtown area of Fort Collins. Hosts were great and we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Perfect location

This was a perfect location for our 4 day, getaway. Bike riding right out the door and kayaking in Horsetooth was ideal. The house was new and was very nice!

Great Stay!

Property was extremely clean and had an amazing open floor plan. Close to everything including walking distance to the breweries near by. Would absolutely stay again. Oh! Hot tub on property rooftop was a huge plus!!!

Week Long Stay in Fort Collins

Beautiful and clean home. Located just minutes from downtown Ft Collins and walking distance to New Belgium brewery, which we took advantage of during our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out, relax, and cook together. Eric was a great host checking in on us and communicated on check out time.

Nice layout and location for work retreat

The layout of the bedrooms and the open kitchen, dining and living space on the main floor worked well for a work retreat. With 4 people coming from out-of-town, everyone had their own bedroom and there was still plenty of space for staff from Northern Colorado to join team meetings during the day.

Perfect for Family

My 3 sons were visiting us in Fort Collins along with their family/girlfriends and this place was perfect. It was close to us in Old Town, in a nice, safe neighborhood, and has enough room for everyone to spread out. We’ll definitely book again when they come back.
