The Old Watermill is spread over three levels, featuring five en-suite bedrooms, including four super-king-size, one with a Duravit freestanding bath, and one on the ground floor, along with a double. Living areas include a kitchen/diner, a utility room, and two sitting rooms—one on the main floor with a woodburning stove and another on the lower ground level, with access to the patio. A landing area offers a games and chill-out space, and there is a dedicated TV room. Amenities include central heating, a range cooker with an oven and hob, microwave, an American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a double dishwasher, a Smart TV and WiFi. Rent includes fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the fire. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, including EV charging.
