The Space:
Welcome to this thoughtfully planned and spacious apartment—perfect for a comfortable stay in Visby. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and is located just a short walk from the city walls, giving you easy access to restaurants, shops, and all that central Visby has to offer, while still enjoying the peace and quiet of a calm residential area.
As you enter, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to prepare meals, along with a dining area that seats up to 4 people. The adjoining living room has a cozy seating area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The sofa also converts into a 140 cm bed, providing sleeping space for 2 additional guests.
The large bedroom features a luxurious 180 cm bed that can be separated into two 90 cm single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. There is also an extra 90 cm single bed in the room, making it ideal for families or small groups.
Windows face a quiet inner courtyard, ensuring restful nights. The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink, and essentials like bed linens, towels, and toiletries are provided for your convenience.
This is the perfect base for discovering Visby and Gotland—comfortable, central, and peaceful.

The Neighborhood:
You'll live right in the center of Visby, within a short walking distance to access everything that Visby has to offer; the sea, the fantastic botanical gardens, the great cathedral, museums, bars, shops and restaurants. You'll reside in the heart of Visby's old town, mere steps away from everything this charming city has to offer: the picturesque sea views, the stunning botanical gardens, the majestic cathedral, fascinating museums, vibrant bars, eclectic shops, and a diverse array of restaurants serving local and international cuisine. Embrace the convenience of exploring these attractions within a short walking distance, ensuring you experience the essence and allure of Visby throughout your stay.
Getting Around:
If you are traveling just to visit Visby you don't need a car but a rental bike will work just fine. If you plan to explore the rest of Gotland I would suggest bringing your car (parking is not included and is paid for outside on the street) or renting one on siste. If you want to explore Gotland by public transport, the bus station is a short walk from the apartment, so you can easily get around the island!

Terms and Conditions 1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies. 2. Rental Policy: The unit may only be rented and used for leisure purposes and is not intended for permanent residence. Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host, with any exceptions requiring prior agreement. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the unit. Additionally, filming and recording are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. 3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions. 4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests.
