The Space:
Welcome to this stunning house located in the heart of Visby, offering nice views of the historic St. Hans ruin. This beautifully designed home can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups seeking a memorable stay.
The house features five separate bedrooms, providing ample space and privacy for everyone. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each with two 90 cm beds that can be joined to form a 180 cm bed. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, sink, and original wooden paneling that adds a touch of historical charm.
Step into the cozy living room, where you can relax in the comfortable sitting area by the open fireplace, or enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The adjacent kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and all essential kitchenware. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.
From the dining area, access the private courtyard, a sunny and secluded space perfect for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply unwinding in peace. This charming yard is exclusively for your use, ensuring a tranquil and enjoyable outdoor experience.
The upper floor houses three more bedrooms. The bedroom on the right features a comfortable 180 cm wide double bed and ample storage. The two other bedrooms each have 180 cm wide double beds, with one offering access to the upper part of the courtyard. An additional bathroom with a separate shower and WC is also located on this floor.

You'll live right in the center of the old town, within a short walking distance to access everything that Visby has to offer; the sea, the fantastic botanical gardens, the great cathedral, museums, bars, shops and restaurants.
Getting Around:
If you are traveling just to visit Visby you don't need a car but a rental bike will work just fine. If you plan to explore the rest of Gotland I would suggest bringing your car (parking is not included and is paid for outside on the street) or renting one on site.
If you want to explore Gotland by public tranport, the bus station is a short walk from the apartment, so you can easily get around the island!

1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies.
2. Rental Policy: The unit may only be rented and used for leisure purposes and is not intended for permanent residence. Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host, with any exceptions requiring prior agreement. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the unit. Additionally, filming and recording are not permitted without prior written approval from the host.
3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions.
4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage.
5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction.
6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund.
7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.
8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund.
