気になった点 : 清潔度、チェック イン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The property is waiting for a customer like me to screw up. I booked for Thursday and Friday, but the property still put the apartment on available for Friday and Saturday for a higher price. Then, tell me they only have one night for me. And, can refund half of my money. That way they got three days rent and higher prices on Thursday!
The apartment itself used old bedding. Did not setup for four people. I have to do it myself! Windows can not close, as we haven’t seen that kind of design. My children were sick the next day as the result!
The shower water is designed to be anywhere in the bathroom. We didn’t plan for waterproof sleepers and they didn’t provide either!
No counter space at all for the bathroom sink!
Staff gave me wrong information to check out! If I don’t have local phone plans, I will get screwed again!
