Town centre family 2 bed apartment - Pass the Keys

My home is a family and pet friendly, stylish two bedroom apartment in the centre of picturesque Winchcombe, a poplar market town in the heart of the Cotswolds. Split across two floors, the apartment sleeps 4 with two superking beds, either of which can be split into singles (on request at time of booking).

The apartment offers plenty of space for guests to relax and is well placed to explore nearby Cotswolds villages and local countryside, with many stunning walks on your doorstep!

The property has been recently renovated throughout and is set out over two levels, accessed via a private entrance hall with staircase from the town centre.

The lounge and dining area has a comfy sofa, large Smart TV, dining table set for four, with views overlooking the town centre. On the same floor to the rear you will find the modern kitchen, with breakfast bar plus two stools, large fridge freezer, oven, induction hob and plenty of kitchenware and cooking utensils.

Heading upstairs you will find the two super-king bedrooms. Either or both beds can be split into singles - please request at time of booking - giving flexibility of sleeping arrangements for families and friends. The bedrooms offer plenty of storage and come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.

The shower-room has been carefully designed and utilises the space perfectly, with large walk-in shower, tasteful contrasting wall tiles, wash basin and WC.

Cot & high chair available if requested for additional £15 per item or £25 for both. (Please note, no linen is supplied with the travel cot)

Well behaved pets are welcome on request only (2 max). Please give details at time of booking, to enable us to determine if suitable for the property. There is an additional fee of £30 applied at time of booking.

Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.

CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the apartment sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.

CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the apartment ready for our next guests.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
