Upstairs, a dreamy loft-style bedroom with ensuite shower awaits. All just steps from cafes, shops, and the boat to the lovely beach island!
INTERIOR
The front door opens to a warm and welcoming lounge—perfect for curling up with a book or simply unwinding. A separate area features a TV point and a comfy double sofa bed, offering a flexible space for extra guests. A cosy indoor dining nook leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and all the handy gadgets you'll need.
The kitchen looks out onto a charming open-air dining area, framed by succulent plants and furnished with comfortable seating. It catches the sun throughout the day, but there's a retractable awning if you prefer a shady spot to relax with a drink or enjoy an al fresco meal. A sleek ground-floor shower room adds extra convenience—especially useful for the extra guests using the sofa bed.

ACCESS & PARKING
This is private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are no stairs to enter the property but there is a wooden staircase from the ground level to the master bedroom. Parking is on the street, directly outside the house and is free of charge.

Personal Check-In: Whenever possible, a Guest Service Manager will welcome you on arrival. Some properties use key boxes if a personal check-in is not possible or required.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
