Situated in the popular residential condo of "Terraços de Tavira", this modern apartment has all the essential ingredients for the perfect holiday rental. Its well-equipped and cosy décor features a private internal atrium perfect for al fresco dining, all accompanied by a fabulous swimming pool and well-tended enclosed gardens. A short walk leads you to wonderful restaurants, artisan shops and the ferry boat to the golden sands and of Tavira Beach Island…all waiting to be explored and enjoyed.

INTERIOR
The cosy interior offers visitors a comfortable stay. With a single-level layout, the accommodation flows easily from front to back. From the entrance, you are welcomed into the lounge-diner, featuring comfy seating and matching light oak furnishings, including a rectangular dining table and chairs. An attractive glass-shelved partition separates the lounge from the kitchen, where a large range of utensils and appliances ensures that home catering is simple and enjoyable. Tucked neatly at the back of the kitchen, a door leads to a private internal atrium with a table and chairs, perfect for cool breakfasts or warm evening dining. The apartment has two bedrooms: a master double room with a private shower room, and an adjoining twin bedroom with a shared bathroom featuring a bathtub and overhead shower.
OUTDOOR LIVING
At the front of the apartment is a cool and shady patio, furnished with a bistro table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a sundowner or two while overlooking the lush green gardens. The large swimming pool, complete with a kids' paddling pool, provides the perfect respite from the sun, where children can splash around all day while adults relax on one of the many sunbeds. The pool and outdoor area are just a few meters from the apartment, making it convenient and safe for everyone to enjoy.

Situated within the peaceful surroundings of Terracos de Tavira, Apartment Polka is only a short walk from the historical town of Tavira, offering easy access to local restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is ground floor. There are steps within gardens to get to and from the main condo entrance. Parking is directly outside on the street, without a charge.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
