It also includes a bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a balcony. The apartment offers air conditioning. The condominium is located directly on the beach, just a short walk from Piazza Torino. The area is quiet yet full of restaurants and shops. A pedestrian street, closed to traffic in the evenings, is very close to the property.
