House Rules:

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property (penalty £500). However, guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
