This property is an absolute gem! Perfectly situated near the Ponte Vecchio with easy access to both “sides” of Florence. The apartment is lovely with a living room, kitchen, dining space and dedicated sleeping area. It was wonderful to be able to do laundry (in unit) after a week of travel. The property owners were super accommodating and very responsive when we reached out. They also provided great local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend you check out this property!

Black & White Stay

Wonderful VRBO with exceptional check in and check out. Place was decorated to the 9s plus in very convenient location for walking Florence. Only thing I would want to change was to add microwave for reheating leftovers and/or coffee after it grows cold. Thanks again Isabella and Cecilia

Apt review

Apt is exactly as pictured. Clean and in a great location. No natural sunlight and French terrace opens up into a vestibule that houses pigeons so door can not stay open. Overall, the location is great for a few days.

Great location

Check in was great, the host met us and showed us how to work everything. They have a big book if you forget (but instructions for the washing machine were for a different model). Perfect location. A couple of off-putting cleanliness issues: carpet under the table had nail clippings on it and fuzz and there appeared to be red wine stains on a couple towels. (We sent a pic to host as didn’t want to be blamed. She didn’t respond) Host left us a bottle of wine, nice touch. There’s no A/C but two fans that kept us comfortable. Check out was inconvenient. Had to give a time for the host to come back. Gave a time yet a half hour before it, their cleaning person was trying to bust the door down to get in. Not sure why we couldn’t have just left the keys and went on our way. We were ready a bit earlier but were at the mercy of waiting for our host. Overall, location the other issues so I would recommend it for that reason alone.

Florence Loft

The location of this apartment is fantastic. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk to many of the sights we wanted to see and wandering the neighborhood at any time to enjoy the Florence culture. Isabella and Cecilia provided very good resources and we enjoyed many of them. Thanks for a memorable vacation. I would love to stay here again.

Poor response from host

The property was clean and the location was reasonable. Our problem started several hours after check in when the toiliet would not flush. The host was contacted, but did not reply until nine hours later. We were told a plumber would come, but one never showed up. We were not able to live with the rancid odor so we moved to a hotel. The host stated we would recive a refund, but then reversed that saying she was able to flush the toilet. This is absolutely not true in that we tried numerous times with a variety of combinations to flush the toilet, all of which were unsuccessful.

One Block from the Uffizi!

I stayed for 4 nights at this lovely apartment in an amazing location just a short walk from the Uffizi Museum and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was very nicely appointed up just a few stairs from a quiet street. I took advantage of the washing machine and easily dried everything on the available clothes rack. While I only used the coffee maker the kitchen is quite nice! The bed was very comfortable and two fans kept things cool. I was very happy with the apartment, the amazing location and all of the support from Cecilia. If you are looking for a great apartment near everything you want to see in Florence, this is the one for you.

Beautiful property, amazing location

The check in process was really easy. Cecelia checked me in and showed me around. Whenever I had questions, I would message her on WhatsApp and she would respond very quickly. I had a great stay and would recommend this property to friends and family!

Amazing Stay!

We could not have been more happy with our choice to stay here! It was beautiful inside and we had so much space. It was very convenient having the washing machine and kitchen. The location is perfect walking distance to many different popular spots. Isabella and Cecilia were so informative and helped us feel comfortable in a new city. If we come back to Florence, we are staying here again! Amazing trip!

First time in Florence

When we booked this, we had no idea where we were staying in downtown Florence. What a great location. Minutes from the effizi gallery and most of the major attractions. The ladies take great pride in the apartment. Even though there is no air conditioning, we had two fans to keep us cool. Thanks for the bottle of wine. We will recommend you to our friends. Ciao

Things were didn’t love: There was some confusion in the communication from the property owners that led us feeling a little unsure of whether or not this was a legitimate listing, but they solved it quickly and clarified for us. There’s no air conditioning and there are tons of mosquitoes in the area, so if you like fresh air, this is not the place for you. There was so little ventilation that there was black mold growing on the bathroom wall, and our towels didn’t dry the entire time we were there. This is a serious health hazard and given that we both suffer with asthma, had we seen this in any of the reviews, we definitely would’ve chosen another place to stay. They also only provide two full-size towels so we had damp towels the whole time instead of being able to use new dry ones. The apartment is incredibly dark, but they have good light fixtures all over the space. If you like/need natural light though, this is not the place for you. There’s a nightclub right next door that was not mentioned in any reviews or in the listing, and people leaving at 2-3 am we’re incredibly loud every night. Things we loved: the space is absolutely beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the host gave us a bottle of wine and cookies on arrival, and they allowed for a late checkout.

Style in Florence

We loved staying in this gorgeous apartment! Very clean, well equipped, and the location was perfect for all our sightseeing activities. Cecilia and Isabella are fantastic hosts! Great central apartment in Florence

Great central apartment in a quiet section of central Florence. We were only two, but the apartment was large with a comfortable bed & great kitchen. Very central location

My wife and I had a great 5 night stay at Isabella and Cecilia's property. There was excellent communication leading up to the stay including some great info and recommendations. Apartment very tidy and a nice surprise of a bottle of wine left for us to enjoy. Easy walking distance to everything in the city centre. The only thing to be mindful of is the lane way can get noisy in the evening so pack your earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Overall it was a great stay.

Should have stayed in another place.

Second floor apartment. Paint and plaster peeling off the stairway walls, check in a nightmare, property managed was stoned, the unit had flees and had to call the managed every night to put on the heat. Had to park in a garage at a cost of $31.00 per night.

Couldn’t be better!

We simply enjoyed our stay. The “loft” was our base for 10 days and was in a great location. Getting around by foot was easy as we were central to so many important spots and views. I commend the owners on advertising the rental exactly as it was in person. We had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. I really can’t say enough. Mostly, Isabella and Cecilia went above and beyond in answering all of my emails, questions, and helping me in any way they could. They really were great!
