Peter’s and Katia's apartment is a bright and spacious 90 m2 apartment on the 1st floor, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in Peristeri. It is an ideal destination for someone who wants to have direct access to explore the city of Athens, as it is just a 2 minute walk from the “Agios Antonios” metro station, but also be able to return to a calm and safe area for a good night sleep.
Peristeri is a friendly and family-friendly suburb that can offer you experiences of everyday Athenian life as well as direct access to all the tourist spots in the center of Athens. A city, which has not been accidentally described as “the heart of western Athens”, that can provide you with everything you may need.

You should know that based on the short-rental law, upon your arrival you will be asked to pay the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee in cash,which is €8,00 per day of stay from April to October or €2,00 per day of stay for the months from November to March.
The fee is paid by the guests of the accommodation and is paid by the accommodation manager to the tax administration with monthly declarations.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property!Spotlessly clean and quiet place, in a great location, just 200 meters from the metro station, from where you can reach the Acropolis in less than 15 minutes. The host is very friendly and willing to accommodate your needs and the place has all the necessary amenities.The apartment has large rooms, a large bathroom and a kitchen with everything you need to cook, which makes you feel right at home.What made the experience even better was the incredible hospitality. Katia was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and gave us fantastic suggestions for things to do in the area. Thanks to her advice, we discovered some amazing restaurants that we wouldn't have found otherwise.It was truly one of the best stays we've ever had. I highly recommend it - we'll definitely be back!

Peristeri is a friendly and family-friendly suburb that can offer you experiences of everyday Athenian life as well as direct access to all the tourist spots in the center of Athens. A city, which has not been accidentally described as “the heart of western Athens”, that can provide you with everything. The places worth visiting are the following:

• Walk in the Grove:
In the 60 acres of the Grove you will find ideal spots for relaxation, exercise and fun.

• Explore the squares:
Wander through the neighborhoods and squares. Discover hidden “diamonds” like the Square of the Muses with its impressive large fountains.

• Shopping Therapy on Ethnikis Antistaseos Street: Peristeri has the largest shopping pedestrian street in Greece. On its 810 meters, as well as in all the side streets, you can buy everything from faux bijoux, local products, home goods to footwear and clothing from luxury brands.

• Aimiliou Veaki Street:
An entertainment street for all hours of the day. Coffee, food and drinks for all tastes. A meeting point with aesthetics and quality that satisfies even the most demanding visitors.
