Enjoy proximity to Acropolis and city center and very lively nightlife in Koukaki.
The space
Vintage furnished flat, very quiet with view on Acropolis and surrounding hills from its 2 balconies. Located in Koukaki district Just 7' walk to Acropolis, 3' walk to subway and 20' walk to Syntagma square or Monastiraki. Bus stop just down the building entrance. Ideal for romantic couples, families, friends or business visitors.

Other things to note
The common quiet hours by law are from 14:30 to 17:30 and from 00:00 to 08:00.

Perfect location to explore Athens! Walking distance to the Acropolis and directly on a bus route for checking out the city. Our host was very responsive and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Thanos is an amazing host - very warm and friendly and extremely kind and generous. Koukaki is a great area of Athens - everything is very walkable. The apartment is quiet with two balconies with views to the Acropolis and Lycabbetus. Great communication from Thanos and he met us for checking in. He provided lots of provisions for breakfast and was incredibly flexible on checkout as we had an evening flight. Wonderful traditional Greek hospitality.

Love the host

I'm grateful to this incredibly helpful local host devoted to serving his guests. Convenient walking location to all things central and awesome view at an affordable price. If you don't mind an older space (note that it is definitely vintage), I recommend this stay!

Thanos is an amazing host and knows how to make you feel welcome! He helped us arrange a taxis from the airport, ensured the house was immaculately cleaned and was open to any questions. Told us where to eat, and where to stay away from. Will definitely stay at his place the next time we visit Athens!

Beautiful vintage home just steps away from the acropolis museum. Thanos is a great guest! Very welcoming! He makes you feel at home with his hospitality and helps you with directions. Groceries, restaurants and pharmacy just steps away from this place. I would 100% recommend this place and willl be coming back in the near future. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Location with Many amenaties near by

I have stayed in this apartment several times. The house is clean and well-organized for guests with all the amenities. Thanos is a great host and very accommodating!! The location is in The Tourist center of Athens and is very accessible to nearby archaeological sites like the Acropolis, as well as a multitude of bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment for couples or those who have a small family as well, you won't be disappointed.

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier vivant avec beaucoup de restaurants et bars. Il est calme car ne donne pas sur la rue. Thanos nous a réservé un très bon accueil, le plus: tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner !
