The space
This MODERN STYLE apartment unit has a BALCONY view on the first floor and consists of:

** A calm, OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM and dining room space that leads into a fully equipped kitchen

** A SLEEK BATHROOM with walk-in shower and LED mirrors -- fully stocked with towels, and some extras to help you get ready for your day.


** A comfortable MASTER BEDROOM with a built-in wardrobe for additional storage,
full-length mirrors, and bedside table access.

** A breezy SINGLE BEDROOM with natural light, and a built-in closet.
** An equipped UTILITY ROOM with a washing machine, ironing-board, and other essentials.

Air Condition in the double bed room and the single bed room.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment unit, with private entrance.
Guests also have access to the front yard with garden and the backyard with coconut trees.
There is a pergola to the side of the apartment for quiet use where guests can sit and relax. However these spaces are shared.

Other things to note
I have provided ear plugs that will help to block any noise if needed

Parties and Smoking are not allowed.
We kindly ask that you take care of the apartment and leave the place as clean as you met it. Garbage can be regularly disposed in the blue and black bins outside. Absolutely no wearing of shoes on the rugs.
