Apartment located in a private condominium, with two outdoor pools, large garden area and just a few steps from Praia da Falésia, one of the most emblematic and beautiful beaches in the Algarve.
The apartment is fully equipped, including air conditioning, and offers immediate access from the terrace to the outside area. Located in Olhos d'Água (between Albufeira and Vilamoura) the apartment offers all comfort and tranquility for a holiday with family or friends.

￫ Building
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a private condominium and has direct access to the garden and outdoor pool. It is located in a calm and quiet area of Olhos d'Água, but with a shopping area and the beach a few steps away.

￫ Bedroom
The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and air conditioning.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with a bath and shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, two pull-out sofas prepared to receive two more guests, air conditioning and a dining table. It has plenty of natural light and access to a private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (coffee not included).

￫ Swimming Pool
Exterior pool shared with the condominium. Open from 9am to 8pm.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 10:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
￫ In person assistance during the night, due to problems beyond the control of the property, will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 35€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- Night trips due to problems beyond the control of the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
