We had a great stay at Karine’s place. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictures. Location was great, easy to get to places by car or by walk. Check in and check out was easy. Karine was very responsive when messaged with quick responses. Highly recommend staying here !

Great place!

This apartment was in a great location, super close to the beach, old town, and the grocery store. It was super clean and they looked exactly like the pictures. We didn't want to leave! Karine was very helpful and accommodating!

This apartment has everything you need, also with a balcony that you can see some really nice sea views. It is at a convenient location - close to the Old Town, main bus station and two big supermarkets. Just bear in mind that it’s on a hill, so walking back up could be a bit of a challenge. Also, the property manager is very responsive and helpful! In general, the apartment is clean and tidy. One thing that could improve is the mould in the bathrooms. Overall, we had a lovely stay here and would come back in the future :)

Wonderful stay

This apartment was just what we needed as family of four. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. Easy walk to supermarket and restaurants. We did not use it but there is a bus stop right across the street from the apartment. Owner was very responsive and unit was just as described. As other reviews mentioned, furniture in living space could use some changing out. Couch pretty uncomfortable but we were not in the unit long enough for that to be a problem. Overall, great unit. We enjoyed our vacation very much

Excellent Apartment

The apartment was excellent, clean and well maintained. Perfect location for old town and close to two supermarkets. Pool facilities were easy to access and very quiet. Brilliant!

Excellent property, 10 minute walk into old town albufeira, a bit longer walking back as it's a steep hill, 2 minute walk to Aldi and a couple of nice restaurants within 3 minute walk

Great apartment. Ideally located for Old Town and shopping. On street parking available as well as use of underground garage (if needed). Great communication from owner. A good base for our family to enjoy a short half term break

Very happy with this facility !

Property was very functional and we enjoyed staying there. We had family staying down the hill in old town, but we didn't mind the walk up and down - great exercise. It would be nice to have access to a BBQ , instructions on how to open back gate in yard, and a couple more tea towels / dishcloths.

Great property in a great location. Supermarkets nearby. One hour morning round trip walk to the Marina. Apartment was spacious, light,clean and well looked after with a morning sun facing balcony good enough to eat breakfast on even in January. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment, good area for shops and 10mins walk to the old town.

Lovely apartment. As listed. The main bedroom really could do with a better mattress and pillows which echos other reviews and a little tlc is required here and there such as the oven doesn't seem to work and the balcony lights don't either. Overall not enough to cause a drop in stars as we throughly enjoyed our stay and our hosts were excellent in terms of communication and request fulfilling. Thank you for a wonderfull stay

Albufiera 2 bdrm apartment (in winter)

Really loved our stay. Property 12-15 min walk down steep hills to beach, pretty walk. V close to groceries and convenient to find driving. Very comfortable apartment, (bed was a bit lumpy) all kitchen utilities stocked. A separate bathroom for each bedroom. Laundry facilities. Quiet area but close to the more lively parts. We were there in the off season and parking was easy. Heating was good for cooler days. Owners very responsive. Excellent

Nice experience -good value

Owner very nice and flexible; 15-20 min walk to the beach; 3 min walk to groceries and 5 min walk to the market. Apartment well laid out, lot of storage and comfortable except for the beds we found too soft. Nice sunny terrasse in the morning. Close to a round about and busy street. With the AC on, trafic noise was no issue. We also appreciated the underground parking. We would certainly go back and recommend this place to friends. May -June 2022

Location of the property was great. Nice view overlooking the town and ocean. Walking distance to downtown and beaches as well as main commercial strip. Groceries very close by. Apartment had an elevator and is on 2nd floor with a balcony. Furniture very old and beat up, needs replacing. Kitchen and linens very basic with nothing on walls to give it any warmth or coziness. Property manager very responsive when toilet and heating unit needed to be fixed.

Fab location

Wonderful location easy access to all locations walkable to old town, marina and new town.Huge with plenty of storage. Good heating system for colder evenings, great fridge freezer. We didn’t use the cooking facilities and the apartment just needed a little TLC such as painting and maybe some more home comforts such as furniture on the bigger balcony to sit and enjoy.Fantastic location next to two supermarkets that you can walk to in just a few minutes.We had to vacate early due to flight change and property manager accepting we didn’t leave beds stripped bins emptied as I would normally do, communicated well via WhatsApp. The apartments are residential and signs up to keep quiet as a tourist residence so would not recommend if you have a loud party as very quiet residence. Perfect for a family stay. Great views you can see the sea from the balcony! Large tv, breakfast bar, table to have breakfast on the balcony, key safe so no worries about losing the keys! Did not use the pool due to December stay but looked lovely.

Great location

The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you need. One thing I would say is that the double bed is extremely hard and was very uncomfortable. The 2 single beds were soft and we had no complaints from the kids. The pool area was nice, but there were no cushions for the sunbeds, which again made them quite uncomfortable. The pool itself was nice, but is not heated, so could be a bit cold at times. You could also hear a lot of traffic from the highway whilst at the pool, but that didn't bother us. The apartment itself is in a great location, albeit a bit hilly when returning. There is an Aldi immediately opposit, and a Lidl on the opposite side of the highway, extremely handy being so close by. We all had a great stay.

It's not a quiet retreat location

Flat was well equipped, complimentary coffee and tea was nice. Suggest a Welcome pack with local info in a folder containing location of the loungers, manual for the air-conditioning units and a couple of dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets would have enabled us to use them as did not want to buy a full pack from the supermarket as a waste of money. Also drain cleaner for the kitchen drain which smelt very bad for the first two days. Very noisy area from traffic, barking dogs and screaming kids its a busy area close to all amenities but it is not a quiet holiday retreat location. Lovely apartment and grateful for the late check out time allowed.
