THE SITE
Casa Pasqua is located in the residential complex adjacent to the S. Anna Golf Course in Cogoleto. The structure opens its balcony to a green landscape that ranges from golf courses to the mountains of the Ligurian Apennines. In the immediate vicinity you can take advantage of the services offered by the S.Anna Club such as the restaurant, bar, golf courses and swimming pool (paid services).
The location of the house is also particularly suitable for those who love trekking and mountain biking: both with dedicated trails.
The sea with its beaches is about 3 km away.
THE SPACE (description of the house)
The large free car park leads to a bright living room with fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. The area includes a single sofa bed, television and a work station. A relaxing panoramic balcony completes the space. The rest of the house consists of a double bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The unit is suitable for up to three people. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
Pets are not allowed and smoking and parties are not allowed.
The structure complies with municipal waste disposal regulations. More information will be provided on site.
